    No. Lighthouse is not a therapy service or crisis line. It’s a supportive space for the in-between moments, when you just need a pause, a breath or to feel seen.

    Aster is the calm, AI powered voice inside the booth. They’re here to listen, not to judge or diagnose. Just to be here with you.

  • Where will I find a Lighthouse booth?

    We’re planning on putting them in hospitals, train stations, airports, universities and other everyday public spaces across the UK.

  • Can I invest or partner with Lighthouse?

  • What does it cost to use a booth?

    Lighthouse is designed to be free at the point of use. We believe support should never come with a barrier.

  • What happens to information shared inside the booth?

    Everything that is shared inside the booth stays private. Nothing is stored or saved. The booth is a moment, not a record. Your feelings are safe here.
